2024 Kids' Chance of America Welcome Reception

Kids’ Chance of Illinois is delighted to announce that we are hosting the kick-off welcome reception for the Kids’ Chance of America (KCOA) Annual Conference, right here in our own backyard! Representatives from all 50 Kids’ Chance state organizations as well as scholarship recipients, and leadership from KCOA will be traveling to Chicago for this annual educational and networking opportunity. Please help us welcome them to Chicago in style by supporting our welcome reception at the Chicago Sports Museum on Thursday, April 25th.

Attendees will have the opportunity to not only mix and mingle amongst gorgeous views of Lake Michigan and Navy Pier while sampling delectable bites, but they will also be able to truly immerse themselves in all things Chicago sports! For example, guests will be invited to compare the size of their hand to that of basketball great, Michael Jordan; score goals as Blackhawks fan favorite, Patrick Kane; and much, much more.

THE IMPACT

Your sponsorship and/or donation will help support Kids’ Chance of Illinois defray the costs of hosting this event which will greatly impact our mission to provide educational opportunities and scholarships for the children of people seriously or fatally injured on the job. This Illinois chapter of Kids’ Chance of America helps these children pursue their dreams of attending various institutions of higher education through fundraising events like this. Since its inception in 2012, Kids’ Chance of Illinois has awarded $540,000 in scholarships.
